Our role as “WOMAN” continues to push boundaries, shatter glass ceilings and challenge the notion that “we can’t have it ALL”. You can have your business, your bae and your babies. "She is a girl who decided to BUILD her DREAMS with reckless abandonment". I'm a wife, mother, inspirational figure, national speaker, entrepreneur, mentor, "everyone's girlfriend" and a transparent woman! For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted to see other women WIN! I've encouraged, cheered, prayed and mentored. I’m redefining what it means to be a "Girl Boss and a Woman of Faith".
My greatest desire is to align people with their destiny by causing them to abandon “self-limiting” beliefs that prohibit change. One of my favorite quotes is; “You can’t have a global vision with local thinking”. THINK BIG!
I am passionate about my assignment to teach, mentor and coach people who are ready to WIN!
Michelle and I worked together on several projects. Most recently, she came to Baltimore for “The Empowerment Conference” as a keynote speaker. Michelle's delivery was energizing and seamless. Her words captivated the audience. She inspired those that had given up to get back in the race. Michelle is motivating, inspiring, energizing, captivating and empowering. I can't wait to work with her on future projects
Michelle is gifted and anointed with a thought provoking word that is grounded in helping you think about your thinking. Her workshop embodies helping you reach your super powers and making your next move your best move. Motivation for sure and well thought out. Attending her session “Vision Before the Vision Board” was a real value add to my life, my mission, and my purpose.
A Big Thanks To Mrs. Michelle Rouche. I always learn so much when I attend Mrs. Rouche motivational presentations. Her interactive and engaging presentation was excellent. The format and information was very effective for young people. Her group presentation was the highlight of the semester. It was insightful and triggered new ideas for our Jobs for Georgia Graduates Career Association Seniors.
